Plastex holds a Certificate of Registration and operates a Quality Management System complying with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for the manufacture of PVCu windows, doors, porches and patio doors.

All Plastex products are manufactured under BS 7412:2002 Certification. This is awarded to companies manufacturing to the highest quality standards defined by the British Standards Institute.

Our ‘HS’ high security range of casement windows are certificated to BS 7950:1997, which provides for an enhanced security specification for windows to be installed in domestic dwellings.

Plastex is licensed to use the Secured by Design logo on its ‘HS’ range of windows and can also supply and install composite entrance doors to Secured by Design standards.

Plastex is a Registered Member of FENSA, Constructionline and the British Plastics Federation.

In 2006, Plastex were G-Awards Finalists in in both the Social Housing Project of the Year and the Training & Development Award categories.
