Any company is only as good as the people it employs and that’s why Plastex places high value on training and developing ALL levels of staff.

Our Investors in People accreditation provides a structured framework for personal development and all employees are encouraged to take advantage of training opportunities through an ongoing Personal Development Review process.

This leads to appropriate recognised qualifications and is why ALL our line managers have an Institute of Line Management qualification and why ALL  our installers are CSCS cardholders trained to an absolute minimum of NVQ Level 2.

Additionally, Plastex works closely with the West Midlands Investors in Excellence initiative, to ensure the quality of its staff development programme is second-to-none.
