Any company is only as good as the people it employs and that’s why Plastex places high value on training and developing ALL levels of staff. EVERY employee is encouraged to take advantage of training opportunities through an ongoing Personal Development Review process which leads to appropriate recognised qualifications and means our expertise is unrivalled.

Every one of our line managers has an Institute of Line Management qualification in First Line Management to at very least Introductory Certificate level.

ALL our installers train to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Fenestration and Installation and the overwhelming majority are CSCS cardholders.

Additionally, Plastex is working towards Investors in People accreditation and also works closely with the West Midlands Investors in Excellence initiative, to ensure the quality of its staff development programme is second-to-none.
